The Arts Lofts project introduces new residential additions to an existing senior living campus. The design is intended to revitalize the surrounding area while prioritizing sustainable materials and eco-conscious features.
The structural foundation consists of timber piles reinforced by concrete grade beams. Advanced wood framing serves as the primary vertical and horizontal load-bearing system.
The building’s facade utilizes three distinct brick types. Depending on the vantage point from the main frontage, the interplay of light and texture creates the appearance of six unique tones.
Sustainable design is central to the project, featuring integrated bioswales for efficient stormwater storage and natural filtration.
This commitment to green infrastructure is woven into both the management systems and the structural wood framing.
