The Brandywine

Metairie, LA

Lead Engineer: Joshua Juneau, P.E.

Renovation of existing four-story building. Key design elements include the addition of a parking mezzanine between the first and second floors and a penthouse and a pool on the fifth floor. The penthouse structure is constructed from cold-formed steel. The mezzanine structure is constructed with integrated precast panels and steel beams tying into existing heavy timber columns. Other design challenges include removing two columns and a load-bearing masonry wall

Iberville Redevelopment Phase 5 and 6

New Orleans, LA

Lead Engineer: Joshua Juneau, P.E.

Phases 5 and 6 of this project consisted of two four-story multi-family buildings, twenty-six town homes, and four historic renovations. The structures consisted of wood framing with integrated steel where necessary. Construction documents for Phases 5 and 6 were completed within 2 and 3 months, respectively.
